What is a CRO number?

The number the Companies Registration Office gives each company, e.g. 98788. It is on the company's letterhead, invoices and website.

Is the company check free?

Yes: type the CRO number or the name. The PDF report costs €19.

What is a late annual return?

Every company files an annual return (B1) within 56 days of its annual return date. After that the CRO charges €100 plus €3 a day, up to €1,200, and the company loses its audit exemption.

Are directors shown?

No. The open register has no directors; we show none.

Is this the CRO?

No. This is an independent site built on the CRO open data. Certified documents are sold by the CRO on CORE.
